Product tour
You shouldn't need another tool between setup and final reporting.
Registration, agendas, matchmaking, check-in, credits and reporting, all in one system. The page below walks the platform in the order your team would use it: set it up, run it live, prove it worked, and keep the momentum after the event.

Set it up
Build the whole event in one place: registration, agenda, sponsors, site. Then walk through it live before a single invite goes out.

Run it live
Doors open, badges print, lines move. Scanner check-in at every session, announcements to every phone, live support all day.

On-Site
Badges at the door, scans at every session
Walk-ups registered on the spot, badges printed as people arrive, and lines that keep moving. Check-in runs at the event door and at every session door, so you always know who is actually in the room.
Your team sees arrivals in real time, and the day's attendance is recorded as it happens instead of reconstructed afterward. When something needs attention mid-event, live support is one tap away in the app.
Mobile App
The app with your name on it
Agendas, maps, and every connection in one branded app. Attendees browse profiles, request meetings, and message each other without trading phone numbers.
It ships under your name on the App Store and Google Play, in your colors, with your sponsors. Push announcements reach every phone in the room the moment you send them, and next year's event opens in the same app your members already have.
Prove it worked
The numbers are already in. Describe what you want and Quin drafts it from live event data. A report your board can actually read.

Credits & Certificates
Credit tracking without the spreadsheet
Scanner check-in and check-out records how long each attendee spent in a session, not just that they showed up. If someone steps out and comes back, every period still counts. Those minutes are tallied against the session's minimum automatically, and the qualified list updates the moment you correct an entry.
When the event wraps up, you audit the numbers and approve in bulk rather than one person at a time. Certificates use your own templates and credit types, so continuing education is handled by the same platform that ran the event. Attendees pull their own from a personal portal link, and when approval is required nothing is available until you sign off.
Beyond the event
What your events build keeps working between them: member profiles, dues, credits, and company directories in the same platform.
Dues & memberships
Dues, memberships, and gated member resources, managed on the same platform that runs your event program.
Persistent member & company profiles
People and companies live at the team level, not in a one-time attendee list. Profiles and contact lists carry from one event to the next.
Gated content, communications & communities
Share resources with the audiences that should see them, and keep members in the loop between events with scheduled communications.
Credits portal
Attendees pull their own certificates from a self-serve portal, backed by scanner-based check-in and check-out records.
Company & capability directories
Searchable company profiles with capabilities, certifications, and needs, powering supplier discovery and buyer and supplier matchmaking.
