Annual license
Most association clients license annually and run unlimited events, registration, agenda, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, mobile app. Unlimited attendees. Unlimited registrations. Unlimited team members.
Enterprise & government
For state associations, agencies and public programs coordinating chapters, departments or affiliates. We work through formal procurement and have contracted with state agencies.
Card processing at cost*, plus 2.1%. That’s the whole transaction fee.
Free registrations cost you nothing. There is no per-attendee charge, ever.
Prefer Authorize.NET or another payment processor? Just ask.
* Stripe’s standard rate is currently 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge. Your rate can differ by circumstance. Stripe offers a discounted 2.2% + 30¢ rate for eligible 501(c)(3) organizations, for example.

Is Connect Space a one-time purchase?
No. Connect Space is licensed annually, or per event. It is not sold as a one-time fee.
Do you charge per attendee?
No. Licenses include unlimited attendees and unlimited registrations.
What does a free member event cost?
Nothing beyond your license. We do not charge for registrations that collect no payment.
Is there a multi-year lock-in or auto-renewal?
No.
Is there a free trial?
No. The demo is built around your events, so you see the platform working on what you actually run before you commit to anything.
Can you work through government or enterprise procurement?
Yes. We contract through formal procurement, including with state agencies. Multi-team licenses cover chapters, departments and affiliates under one agreement.
What transaction fees do you charge?
Stripe’s processing at cost, plus a 2.1% Connect Space platform fee. There is no per-attendee charge, and free registrations cost nothing. Need Authorize.NET or another processor? Just ask.
